Nothing But Positive Interactions As A Long Term Tenant

As a long term tenant I have had nothing but positive interactions with the team at Keen real estate. Samantha, Keenan and team have always been nothing but helpful in any situation that has emerged.
The stand out being a blown motor in the evaporative cooling days before the last heatwave.
The team organised attendance immediately and subsequently facilitated the required repairs within days. It is noteworthy that this occurred on New Years Eve, a time where their team were also taking some well needed rest to enjoy the festive season. Despite this there was no hesitation in their action and the matter was resolved swiftly allowing us to comfortably survive the 35+ degree days.
This was followed by a failed thermostat in the HWS only weeks later. Again actioned and rectified within hours.
Overall these are the only major issues I have experienced in the time I have been here. Both caused by wear and tear. No questions were asked and there was absolutely no issue in fixing them. I am very grateful to the team and the landlord for this.
