Some landlords think they are locked into an Agreement, when in fact they are not. Whilst there are many agencies who would like you to believe that you are locked in for the term of your tenants’ lease. This is not correct.

Here at Keen Real Estate, whenever a landlord wishes to transfer their property to our care, we handle the changeover from start to finish. All you have to do is sign some paperwork. This paperwork can either be emailed or we can visit you personally. The whole process is really easy and stress-free.

Here’s how easy the process can be for you:

You inform us that you’d like us to take over the management of your property.

You sign a management agreement giving us the authority to manage your property.

We contact your current agency, inform them of your decision and arrange to pick up your property file and keys from their office.

We notify your tenants in writing. Then, we welcome them personally via phone and walk them through our latest services.

Keen Real Estate becomes your new management agency (as of the agreed date). No more for you to do but let us take care of your property.

We arrange a property inspection to update the existing condition report (if required) and keep you informed each step of the way.
